We usually set up yard signs and rental items early in the morning or the evening before your event, depending on your needs. We'll confirm setup timing with you after booking.
Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and pickup for all signs, tables, chairs, and rentals — you can relax and enjoy your event.
Our standard rental period is 24 hours. If you need extra time, just let us know! Extended rentals are available for an additional fee.
Our yard signs are weather-resistant. For larger items like tents and tables, if severe weather is expected, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust your rental as needed.
We serve the greater Collin, Grayson, and Fannin County areas. Delivery fees may apply for longer distances — just ask us for details if you are unsure!

A deposit is due at booking to secure your date. The balance is due before your event. We accept most major payment methods.
We ask that tables and chairs be wiped down and placed in a safe area for pickup. No cleanup is required for yard signs — we take care of that!
